Kickboxing: A fun, upbeat cardio workout that works through several kickboxing combinations to get you sweating! All you need is a set of light weights (or water bottles if you need to get creative) and yourself. Each week we will learn and work through new combos to add to the previous week! Workout time: 30 minutes Add your own music to the workout or follow me on Spotify @natwoodward1 and search for playlist kickboxing online.
