Yoga Flow: Move through this 30 minute strength focused Sun Salutation flow. We break down the main postures in the Sun Salutation A sequence to warm-up the body and activate each muscle group from head to toe. Workout time: 30 minutes Trainer Tip: Release the knees for a gentler transition between Plank and Cobra or soften the knees in Forward Fold and Downward Facing Dog to decrease the intensity of these postures.
