Pilates-Barre: A 30 minute Pilates-Barre fusion class that utilizes weights and repetition for strength and endurance. This class focuses on building strength in those smaller muscles through pulsing and consistent muscle engagement throughout the body. Workout time: 30 minutes Trainer Tip: Use small weights, water bottles, or cans for arm exercises, grab a chair to substitute a barre, and a mat, blanket, or towel. To decrease intensity, drop the weights to the side during arm work or lessen the bend in your knees for leg work.
