Abstract

Yoga: A 30 minute yoga sequence focusing on opening the hips and shoulders through flexibility and mobility stretches. This non-flow yoga class is great for early morning or just before bed and ends with a 5 minute body scan meditation. Workout time: 30 minutes Trainer Tip: Use a mat, towel or blanket on the floor.
