Many early childhood practitioners are seeking to develop children's social and emotional growth, but neglecting their own needs, which may be a leading cause of teacher involved incidences of bullying and inappropriate responses to challenging behaviors. This course seeks to bring awareness to early childhood practitioners the importance of their social and emotional development to eliminate adverse reactions to stress, especially incidents involving children with exceptionalities.
