This course is designed for early childhood practitioners to distinguish a problem from an emergency while making empathetic efforts to prevent issues from becoming crisis situations using techniques presented in the session.

Full Session Description

Early childhood practitioners often confuse problems, emergencies, and crises. This course allows an explanation for each while assisting participants to develop empathy in all situations. They are able to identify the difference between a problem, an emergency, and a crisis, but how to respond in each situation.
