Abstract or Description

Network researchers have argued that both relational embeddedness – characteristics of relationships – and structural embeddedness – characteristics of the relational structure – influence a firm’s behavior and performance. We explore how a supplier’s financial performance is affected by the relational and structural characteristics of its major customer network.
