Abstract
Mission
The utilization of a Clinical Leader Role in the Executive Track is an academic innovation in graduate nursing. By enabling students and opportunity to attend webinars with faculty before and after assignments, they become empowered to be knowledgeable of their assignments and course content.
Our Purpose
As our students progress through the Executive Track, they are prepared for a wide range of scenarios specific to nurse executive leaders in healthcare. These experiences offer exposure to real-life situations which they may not have had previous exposure. By offering webinars with the course faculty at designated weeks within the course, the students have an opportunity to meet with the students and help ensure their success through real-time dialogue with course faculty.
