It is no secret that the faculty and staff at schools are required to do more and more each year. PBIS requires some of your colleagues to even change their way of thinking about behavior. Have you ever heard someone say students have no accountability for their actions anymore? This can feel discouraging. We can help show you an easy way to find out what your colleagues are thinking about PBIS and how you can help turn that thinking into a supportive environment.
