Brief Biography
Sandy - Currently Program Specialist at Georgia Department of Education in the PBIS unit. Previously taught students with emotional/behavior disorders in DeKalb County, GA and Loudoun County, VA. From 1992 - 2012, she worked in Fayette County, GA as a special education co-teacher, department chair and Program Consultant.
Donna - Currently Program Specialist at Georgia Department of Education. Donna coordinates SELDA for new special education administrators, works with GLRS Directors and works with districts that have Disproportionality for Students with Disabilities. She is a former special education co-teacher, department chair and Program Consultant for Fayette County, GA.

Presentation Abstract
This presentation provides three Love and Logic strategies appropriate for K-12 teachers. These strategies will assist teachers in addressing minor classroom disruptions that sometimes grow into time-consuming problems. Participants will be able to immediately use these easy-to-use strategies that help build positive student-teacher relationships and a positive classroom climate.
