Scope of Collection
Mainly posters and programs for Armstrong State University’s theatre productions, music performances and to a lesser extent art exhibits. Bulk of the collection dates from 1998-2015. Finding Aid includes index of posters and programs in the collection for Armstrong Theatre Productions 1994-2016, Armstrong Music Department 1994-2016, and Armstrong Art Department 2000-2015. Box 7 includes clippings, news releases, some photographs and small, design mock-up of theater programs/posters. Box 4 includes four scrapbooks made by the Armstrong Theatre Department from 1994-2005. Posters vary in size but typically measure 11x17 inches and are in color. Collected by Art, Music and Theater marketing manager (1999- 2015) Mario Incorvaia,; transferred to University Archives each year or so, in several accessions.
