According to SACSCOC policy, when a member institution is planning a fairly significant change in the institution, such as a consolidation, a plan must be submitted - referred to as the Substantive Change Prospectus. The ten sections and the general information required in the Prospectus are attached below in the same format as we submitted them to SACSCOC.
