Pilates/Barre: Here is another gentle barre, low mat sequence that will target the outer glute and thighs while engaging the core and emphasizing alignment. This class will help tone the body at a slower, gentler intensity. This class is perfect for beginners! Workout Time: 30 Minutes Modifications: No equipment needed! Just grab a mat or blanket for cushion. As always, choose between a knee plank or high plank. If the wrists become sore, take fists for hands.
