Description of Lecture
Across disciplines and departments, our ability to engage is stymied by stress of teaching and departmental duties. The ability to engage and demenstrate leadership skills that promote an open, honest culture of learning can be prohibited by the complexity of emotions which occur as the result of normal human reactions. This lecture will inform participations about transformational leadership culture, which will support the vision of the student, department, and the university. The solutions are simple yet remain profoundly difficult for many. Participants will take away at least one approach to practice.
