Abstract

This panel will consider how a “pedagogy of hospitality” can shape the teaching and tutoring of writing. By outlining their distinct “pedagogies of hospitality,” the presenters will argue that a variety of approaches to hospitality are needed for different situations and contexts. Recognizing diverse forms of hospitality, the presenters will invite the audience to share their own practices of hospitality.
