This session will discuss the importance of coaching and feedback for pre-service and early career educators, highlighting the need for evidence-based practices like behavior-specific praise. We will demonstrate the effectiveness of email feedback to 360-camera recordings and virtual reality self-reflection, showing how these practices can improve classroom teaching.
