Brief Program Description
Utilizing the PBIS framework is an excellent opportunity to enhance the safe school climate initiatives on a campus. In this session participants will learn how sources of data, student led activities, and their PBIS teams, can support building a safe school climate. Participants will learn how to enhance their safe school plans using universal interventions as a result of quantitative and qualitative data that is gathered and shared amongst their stakeholders network. This session will examine the Safe Schools Initiative and identify the components that align with the PBIS Framework.
