Abstract

This session provides an overview of the new Georgia requirement for teacher certification, edTPA, starting Fall 2015. A critical reflection will be presented based on two edTPA World Languages portfolios completed as pilots by two Spanish teacher candidates. They will address their views on the value of this requirement as a means to help enhance their preparation as Spanish teachers.
