She provides professional development for teachers, administrators and other staff working with the birth to five population throughout the state of Georgia. Jennifer has presented nationally with NAEYC as well as many regional and state conferences throughout her career.

Why Do They Do That? Understanding the Causes of Challenging Behaviors:
It is important that teachers and providers understand the causes of challenging behavior. In this session, we will explore that reasons children display challenging behavior and discuss how adults can respond. Participants will learn strategies to take back to the classroom to implement when challenging behaviors occur.
