Dwight Calhoun aka Mr. Cardio-Tone is the World’s first fitness entertainer, certified personal trainer, and dance instructor. Dwight a former United States Marine Corps Sergeant and disabled Persian Gulf Veteran extraordinarily rehabilitated himself from a stroke and onset dementia. Since his rehabilitation Dwight has become the world’s most exciting fitness trainer. MrCardiotone also invent dances, games and activities to combat obesity, bullying and diabetes as recreational wellness for positive social change. Dwight attended Clark Atlanta University (1985-1989) and has received his Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services / Sociology from Troy University. He is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. and various other community and civic organizations. Mr. Cardio- Tones true gift is working with the youth. For over 20 years Dwight has served as a mentor to teach the fundamentals of good health, life skills and fitness.

A Physical & Educational Program to Promote Recreational Wellness and Anti-Bullying using a Chess Board of 64 Interactive Games and Activities.

STEM FITNESS has multiple uses which addresses the needs of children in the classroom. These continuing education games and activities are for children of all ages but primarily 3-5 year old; allowing them to get a head start in learning Science Technology Engineering Math by making it fun fitness educational experience. All these games and activities are part of KIDZFITACADEMY CURRICULUM which is structured into a continuing education program to address each learning domain utilizing props, puppets, floor games, dance exercises, songs, cd’s, books into an indoors and outdoors classroom that fits in a box but thinks outside as part of the child’s educational retention program.

STEM FITNESS - KIDZFITACADEMY Curriculum is a PTA-Parents, Teachers and Administers aide to the classroom used to be a compliment program in order to get a head start on learning STEM, while addressing and eliminating obesity, diabetes and bullying among our youth at an early age. Therefore, we improve the world we live in by interactive education and retaining what we have learned; because STEM is fundamental to our everyday success. STEM FITNESS Fun fitness Chess Board Games and Activities are educational and family friendly for the overall health of the community as our youth advance to the kindergarten and beyond.
