Brief Session Description

We seek to educate on the importance of incorporating children in the process of creating literacy. By creating classroom storybooks, you are able to create detailed, developmentally appropriate literacy to enhance your curriculum, all while providing unique and inclusive stories designed specifically for your classroom. Taking experiences from our own classroom, we seek to show you how to take existing literacy and adapt and modify to fit the needs of your classroom and provide creative ways to take on developmental milestones. No longer will you need to search for books that may not provide details that are specific to your children, daily routine, and environment! We are here to show you how you and your children can be the authors of your own storybooks with materials already in your classroom. Please join us as we hope to provide you with inventive ways to make your very own Classroom Storybooks that are effective, exciting, and one of a kind!
