Evidence

I have worked with students and teachers for over eight years now and walked alongside hundreds of educators both new and seasoned to help them navigate leading our next generation.

I have worked with educators, collegiate athletes, students, professionals, boys and girls clubs and the list goes on around the country gaining insight, references and tools to empower our youth.

Here are just a few testimonials from recent principals that I have worked with:

"With over 15 years in education, this was the most honest, relatable, needed, genuine, professional development I have ever been around. Dustin brings a wholestic approach that impacts the listener in their mind, body, and spirit and allows them to think of themselves and their needs in order to be better version of themselves to impact the next generation of students. His “boots on the ground” and “Day in, Day out” phrases and activity allow individuals to say yes to the calling on their life to serve and impact this generation of students. His message is so real and poignant that it reminds educators of their calling and their purpose. I highly recommend this PD for any leader of an organization that is looking to support, uplift, and breath energy and life into their staff."

—Todd Mitchell- Carver 9th Grade Academy

"Dustin has a gift which allows him to relate to all people and therefore deliver a message that is both timely and meaningful. As Dustin spoke to our faculty and staff at DHS, I knew this was exactly the message we needed at that moment. He laid out for us the ways in which we must first take care of ourselves in order to be the influential people we have been called to be, because tomorrow’s leaders are depending on us and we cannot grow weary in fighting for them. Dustin’s 6 principles are an incredible foundation for anyone to apply, but they are so powerful when seen and applied through the eyes of an educator. After our session with Dustin, the number one comment I heard from our teachers was, “That was the most powerful PD I have ever experienced.” His message was a great reminder of the importance of building relationships and trust. One thing Dustin shared that I will remind myself of every day is: “This is M.I.E. problem”.

—Kristy Johnson- Asst. Principal at Dothan High School (7A)

"What an amazing assembly Dustin led! He shared his story of overcoming pain and struggles with our students giving them a plan of how developing a vision and establishing a rhythm of energy can change their lives. It was obvious that the students took his message to heart. Changing lives is Dustin’s mission."

—Emily Jackson – Principal at Eufaula High School

"Dustin Rivenbark is a dedicated Youth Advocate and Speaker known for his impactful messages that resonate with audiences of all ages. Recently, he engaged students at Leipsic Middle and High School, inspiring them to pursue their life goals with unwavering determination. Dustin’s talk was not only about setting aspirations but also about the importance of faith and resilience in overcoming obstacles. His personal experiences serve as powerful examples of persevering through life’s challenges, instilling hope and motivation in his listeners. Through his dynamic presentation, Rivenbark empowers young individuals to believe in themselves and to actively work towards achieving their dreams."

—Brian Bennett- Principal at Leipsic High School

''Words are inadequate to express my heartfelt gratitude for the precious time you gave to our faculty, staff, and students yesterday. Your words of encouragement quickly reminded me that HCHS is, indeed, my mission field! So many of our students encounter obstacles on a daily basis that hinder their ability to excel to their true potential. Thank you for the encouragement, praise, and love that you shared with them yesterday. Thank you for sharing with our students that they were put here with a purpose. Also, thank you for challenging the faculty and staff to rise to their intended purpose. Dustin, you are always welcome at HCHS."

—Lisa Towns- Principal at Houston County High

"We are so grateful that Dustin came and spoke to our student body at The Lakeside School. Through his words, he helped our students to realize that they can all dream big and gave them practical steps to put that dream into reality! We look forward to him coming back!"

—Holly Mitchell – Head of School at Lakeside School
