Summary
"Kids don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care!" is the basis of being effective educators with diverse scholars. Building strong relationships in classrooms, especially of at-risk scholars is essential to be effective. Many educators understand, but don't know what it looks like in practice. The Art of Giving a $#!T provides chances to learn strategies to build strong relationships and how to execute in real world settings, through warm and funny stories from teachers.
