Summary
Relevant and responsive teaching is challenging. Building relationships is time-consuming. This workshop models one powerful technique for doing both! Need to address SEL or implement restorative or trauma-informed practices? No problem! This makes it easy to execute, even online! We end the session by showing activities that will enhance student performance and improve behavior by transforming any classroom into a place students actually WANT to learn (especially the most “at-risk” youth).
