Relevance
My proposal addresses the Heart and the Hands. Restorative practices empower the youth. This includes the agitators and the victims of the agitators. It enables the youth to become active participants in conflict resolution and it gives everyone involved a voice. It provides our youth with real opportunities to right their wrongs. Restorative practices have the potential to keep our youth out of the criminal justice system.
