Brief Program Description
This presentation addresses eight key areas that must be addressed to create, scale up, and sustain highperforming programs implemented in collaboration with after-school programs. The program draws heavily from seven years of successful federal funding and local support to reach and engage approximately 5,000 youth throughout Georgia through the use of 16 modules for comprehensive youth development. The presenters integrate lessons learned in program leadership and management.

Biographical Sketch
Messages of Empowerment Productions, LLC (TEAM-MOE) is a management consulting firm specializing in public health, new program development, organization effectiveness, and knowledge dissemination. Dr. Quinn is a highly respected and sought-after workshop facilitator, consultant, and public speaker on diverse topics, including entrepreneurship, women and girls empowerment, and leadership development.
Greetings my name is Reinette Arnold. I am a behavioral scientist licensed as a clinical social worker (Georgia) and master addiction counselor (nationally). As a consultant based in Atlanta, GA, I provide services to clients locally and abroad on behavioral health including crisis intervention, suicide prevention, women and girls empowerment, and entrepreneurship.
Affectionately referred to as "The Empowerment Specialist" my company provides solutions for today's problems to individuals, organizations, and communities.
