Brief Program Description
Teachers are looking for easy to use, direct application to structures to help their students recognize their unique gifts as well as help them develop in all areas of their lives. Come and leave with immediate to use structures to help with mindset, building relationships, engagement, and lessen discipline disruptions.
Summary
The term "at-risk" can be used to describe students who are considered to have a higher probability of failing academically or dropping out of school. This can include: Academic Failure, Language Learners, Disengagement, Deviance, Poverty, Family Dysfunction, School Environment, Affluence, or Minority Youth. This workshop will provide teachers immediate to use tools that will help with mindset, support, discipline intervention, engagement, and social skills.

Biographical Sketch
Jeff Dane has been in both private and public education for over 30 years. His career has led him to work and teach people of all ages from birth through adults. Prior to public school, Jeff was a fulltime children’s minister, and counselor. In public school, he taught at varied socioeconomic settings, as well as working in a Title One school. Jeff and his family were called at this time to be Foster Parents for the state of Texas, where they provided care for over 160 children. As an International Certified Trainer for Kagan for the past 12 years, Jeff’s passion is for children’s brains and breaking cycles.
