Description
A mixed-method study consisting of an online questionnaire (n=72) and semi-structured interviews (n=8) was conducted to examine how hierarchical leisure constraint effects for sport participation and sport preferences change from adolescence into early adulthood. Findings suggest that several structural and interpersonal constraints are stronger entering early adulthood, influencing sport preferences.
