Presentation Abstract
This session is a comprehensive professional learning opportunity designed to empower educational leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to implement Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports effectively in their schools. Participants will learn how to establish a positive school culture through the implementation of evidence-based strategies and practices, leading to improved student behavior, academic achievement, and overall school climate. This session will help attendees to ensure a positive learning and working environment and improve school climate. An effective PBIS framework will impact school culture, academic achievement, decrease student discipline incidents, cultivate positive relationships and promote a healthy school atmosphere.
