Professional learning for teachers and principals on Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is essential for successfully establishing and sustaining the framework in schools. This training will focus on understanding the core principles of PBIS, such as promoting positive behavior, preventing misconduct, and creating a supportive school climate. Educators and school leaders will to learn how to develop and implement clear behavioral expectations, consistent reinforcement strategies, and data-driven decision-making processes. Additionally, training should will collaborative problem-solving and continuous improvement strategies to ensure PBIS is effectively integrated into the school culture, benefiting all students and staff.
