Presentation Abstract
GADOE has a new training—Universal Classroom Supports for Educators now available. This training covers the three areas that we know research tells us produces the best outcomes, which are having Systems, Data, and Practices to support students and staff. The presentation will discuss the 3 parts of the training: readiness, online modules, and a single day of training. Once trained, teams will be able to support their own staff each year in using the 6 evidence-based practices that support positive outcomes. It is important to note that these are not the same online GA DOE modules that were used previously, these are brand new. This training can be delivered in a 1-day face to face format or 4-1.5 hour online sessions.
