How To Naturally Integrate Mindfulness Practices Into The Classroom And Beyond!
Presentation Abstract
In this session we will explore how building self care practices and compassion in ourselves leads to greater motivation and understanding. We will walk through some mindfulness basics, from the inside out, and reflect how such practices can promote more positive behavior intervention. Participants will leave feeling light, with malleable tools they can use and easily modify to fit into their practices. We ask all session attendees to think about and bring themselves, in their current state, ready to go on a journey towards mindfulness.
