Embedding Social and Emotional Learning in Tier II Interventions
Presentation Abstract
The purpose of this workshop is to inform teachers how to implement social and emotional learning techniques to students in need of Tier II Interventions. Teachers will learn how to identify students for Tier II as well as how to provide the appropriate level of social skill learning. For example, social skills may be taught in groups or one on one. In this workshop, teachers will leave with strategies needed to support students socially and emotionally at school as well as resources to provide parents to continue support at home. .
