Incorporating PBIS for Staff
Presentation Abstract
Participants will learn how to utilize staff expectations across environments and job responsibilities to promote a more positive school climate and build overall morale. Participants will learn to use staff data to determine areas for growth, develop an action plan, booster trainings, and staff incentives. The presentation will include a variety of staff incentive examples.
