Brief Biography
Colleen Lambert is a Program Coordinator for “Partnerships for Success”, a grant program funded through the Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities; successfully piloted by the Hall County School System and replicated in ten school systems throughout the state of Georgia. In addition Mrs. Lambert is a consultant for the Georgia Department of Education ASPIRE project (Active Student Participation Inspires Real Engagement). She has spent the past ten years working to improve transition outcomes and promoting inclusion in school and in the community.
