Presentation Description
This presentation shares the accomplishments and challenges of revamping a longstanding FYE orientation course at Georgia Southern University. The new academic, theme-based seminar course varies according to the interests of the instructor, but information literacy skills provide unifying learning outcomes for all seminars offered. Information literacy learning modules have been developed and implemented in a number of sections of the new course. Presenters will share recent faculty and student feedback on the learning modules and more.
