The 13th Labor: Improving Science Education
Written to explore how we might improve science literacy among future citizens - and generally how we can foster a more humane, globally oriented society - given the technological democracy in which most of us live, this book addresses topics such as the importance of transdiciplinarity in science education, the role of science centres in improving science literacy, and the importance of creating an "empathetic science".
