Excerpt: "The public is invited to attend an artist’s reception Friday, August 26, 2011 from 5-7 pm at the Center for Art & Theatre, Georgia Southern University. During the reception visitors will have the opportunity to meet and discuss art with faculty in the BFSDoArt. The department will also be hosting Artist’s Talks on Wednesday, August 31, 2011. The talks will feature new faculty members discussing the images and ideas that shaped their recent work."
