Supply Chain Management/ International Marketing/ Business to Business Marketing

This paper dwells on transactive memory literature and extends it to the supply chain context. A supply chain transactive memory systems development model is proposed. The paper also extends the task-expertise-person unit of analysis in the literature to the organizational network or supply chain level by proposing the notion of task-expertise-firm unit.
