Abstract

This practice-oriented presentation explores a literacy narrative assignment asking students to utilize an unfamiliar mode of digital storytelling in Writing Across the Curriculum courses. Attendees engage in conversations and practices to consider how teachers can encourage students’ development of “textured literacy” (Yancey) and production of effective rhetoric and insightful reflection.
