Presentation Description
Librarians at UWG wanted to discover the effects of the librar y’s core curriculum credit-bearing course on student success. Pulling data from seventeen thousand students over ten years, the speaker compared the GPAs, retention, and graduation rates of freshman who did and did not enroll in the course. She will present the exciting results and discuss how to use similar techniques to assess library classes and one-shots.
