Presentation Description
The presentation is designed for conference attendees interested in the assessment of information literacy in both the general education curriculum and the undergraduate experience on their campuses on across their systems of higher education. First, the speakers offer a set of information literacy learning outcomes scaffolded and arranged for undergraduate students on their campus. Second, the speakers ask for feedback on the outcomes from session participants. Third, the presenters discuss their plans for a pilot assessment using the outcomes to assess the incoming information literacy skills of first-year students.
